Our womens leadership programs work because they are evidence-based, action-oriented and never fluffy. Our Founder has a PhD in performance psychology. Our CEO has a Masters in Organisational Psychology. We are proud research nerds who believe in continuous learning and development to ensure we are constantly delivering industry-leading programs that generate unparalleled results for organisations and individuals.

Inkling Women runs five acclaimed training programs for women and leaders. All programs can be offered in-house and tailored to your needs as an organisation. Speakeasy and Ignite are also run as public programs across Australia, allowing you to send individual women on an as-needs basis.

Hands Up is an online program; Elevate, Speakeasy, Ignite and Beyond Bias are in-person programs.

Program overview



Elevate is your highly successful in-person leadership program for up to 20 high potential women. Its results are unmatched – in fact, our clients have lifted their women in leadership targets as a direct result of Elevate.


Online program (8 weeks)

An 8-week online coaching program for women in frontline to middle management roles. The program gives women the confidence, resilience and skills to show their full potential at work.


Our intensive workshop for leaders to develop a committed culture of gender equity from the top down. Our world-class facilitators help your leaders to GET gender diversity. We give them the motivation and skills to talk about it, call out inappropriate behaviours, and create truly inclusive teams.

Program (2 days)

Our flagship two-day public speaking course that has taught thousands of women around the world to look forward to speaking – and given them the skills to nail every speaking opportunity.



Ignite is our program for emerging female leaders who want to lead with success, impact and spark. Ignite inspires women early in their leadership journey and sets them on a pathway for extraordinary and sustained success and fulfilment.

Dr Gemma Munro

Founder and Director

Gemma Munro is a sought-after speaker on the topics of gender equity and women’s leadership development. She specialises in helping women to move past limiting beliefs and negative self-talk and embrace discomfort, risk and exposure. With a PhD in performance psychology, she is also expert in helping organisations to understand and break through gender diversity barriers to create cultures in which both men and women can thrive.


Sophie Hampel

Sophie Hampel is tremendously sought after as a coach, facilitator and speaker because of her ability to challenge women to be their very best within a safe and warm environment.  Having worked with thousands of women across Australia, she understands the challenges that women face and how to overcome them. As a registered psychologist with a Masters in Organisational Psychology, Sophie deeply understands how to enhance motivation, engagement and performance in work and life.


Gemma Cunningham
